The Work and Function of the Public Relations Office

• News and Notice of the Corporation is Continuously Communicated to the Media.
• Arrangements for the Press meet of the Mayor, Commissioner is properly done.
• Notification and function of the Corporation is made known to the Public through advertisement work for the benefit of the public.
• Arrangements for reporters and media participation in Hon. Minister, Mayor and Commissioner's Programs and event's is keeping on done.
• Paper cuttings relating to the function of the Corporation are submitted to the Mayor and the Commissioner.
• Public grievance meeting is organized and conducted every Tuesday under the head of Mayor.
• Petitions which are received under the Right to Information Act are dispatched to the head of the Department.
• Adverse News are brought to the kind notice of the Commissioner and all Head of the Department for Proper action.
• Preparation for Advertisement work, and printing invitation in connection with Corporation function, Event's are properly carried on.
• Functions and events of the Corporation are properly organized and also arrangements for media coverage are effectively done.
• CM Cell, Collectorate and Mayor Petitions are regularly forwarded to all head of the department for further action.
