  1. Please create an account to register your grievance.      
    Register for an account


  2. After registration, your access details will be mailed to your email Id.


  3. Please login using the access details that you received.


  4. After login, you can see the grievance registration form where you can lodge your complaint.


  5. You can use the same access details to view the status of your grievance.


  6. You will also be receiving the status of your grievance through emails whenever an action is taken on your grievance until its closure.
